Ian Crosswell - The Thrive Programme
Ian Crosswell is a licensed Thrive Programme Consultant based in Liverpool City Region and delivering the programme throughout Merseyside and the UK.
"My approach is teaching and learning. I believe that once an individual has the correct tools and insights, they can not only improve their own mental health and wellbeing, they can maintain and build on that improvement. I make no secret of the fact that I hit rock bottom after losing my business some years ago, and it is what I learnt then that took me into the field I now work in.
Although The Thrive Programme is a structured approach, I tailor it to individual needs and circumstances. I am also fully qualified in Mindfulness, and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.
I work with a very wide range of issues including: Anxiety and Panic Attacks, Depression and Low Mood, Phobias, PTSD, Eating Disorders, Self-Harming, Suicidal thinking, OCD.
I always offer a totally free, no obligation consultation, either online or face to face (depending on which is feasible/appropriate), and I place no time limit on that. The initial consultation helps us work out what help the individual is looking for, how we can work together, and what outcomes are sought. My keyword is flexibility, so my approach is 100% person centred."

Extremely fortunate and incredibly rare is a person who never stumbles in life. What really challenges us mentally, emotionally and physically, are the few times we hit those massive, dramatic roadblocks – be it:

Marie Speakman - Rapid Transformational Therapy

I have seen the struggles of being your own boss and I personally had those struggles running my own accountancy practice. I am a qualified accountant and worked with small to medium sized businesses for over thirty years. I was never charging my true worthy, through not always feeling good enough. This impacted on my life and business much more than I realised.

When I discovered Marisa’s work and received three sessions of Rapid Transformational Therapy, my life changed and opened up to who I really am and meant to be.  I knew this therapy was too good to keep to myself and I went on to qualify as a RTT Therapist trained by the world-renowned Marisa Peer.

Martin Pemberton from Just 1 to 11 was for over a decade a professional footballer and for over 6 years worked in education as a Learning Mentor for disadvantaged children.

  • Creator and Trainer of the 'Men-tally Match Fit Programme'


Men-tally Match Fit started out as a Wellness Recovery Action Programme and philosophy that he invented, designed and developed through his own experiences of suicidal thoughts, depression and anxiety.

It's a constant assessment and management toolkit based on a football philosophy. Football is the theme he uses but it can be individualised for each person and covers:

  • All areas of life
  • Mental health
  • Relationships
  • And anywhere in-between
