71% of 500 small business owners stated that rising inflation is their biggest concern for 2022, according to a survey. Interest rates have already risen and the Bank of England has not yet ruled out a further increase.
Coronavirus restrictions continues to be a worry for many businesses, due to the difficult conditions they're already facing this year. 66% said that they were still concerned.
Alongside this, other issues such as rising energy costs, supply chain issues and the effects of Brexit and the pandemic were also seen as a potential threat to small businesses.
