Firms which are still struggling with Covid debt are planning to make staff redundant over the coming months. London firms are more likely to make their staff redundant than in other parts of the UK.
Small businesses are still struggling with pandemic debts, higher energy costs, staff shortages and supply chain problems.
In addition to this, the new coronavirus measures which recently came into place are making it harder for the hospitality and nightclub industry. This, alongside furlough ending, could mean business owners will be facing a difficult new year.
