Almost 3 in 4 UK businesses at risk of losing young staff
Almost 3 in 4 (72%) of businesses in the UK aren't providing for young workers due to poor workplace tech and employee experience strategies, research by Applaud claims.
Some businesses have already created new working patterns to benefit employee experience, whereas others are struggling to do this.
Vacancies for graduates and young staff are 20% higher than before the pandemic begun, with figures only expected to increase further.

Young staff desire consumer-grade technology for their roles which is similar to the tech they use at home - easily accessible, mobile-first systems to work whenever, wherever and on all devices.
