The government are reminding business owners to be prepared for 'Making Tax Digital' for VAT before 1st April 2022. Reasons for the mandatory change are to save time and avoid common errors.
UK Businesses with a turnover of over £85,000 have been required to follow MTD since April 2019, and now those with a turnover of under £85,000 are joining them this year.
If they haven't already done so, business owners need to sign up to ensure they're prepared for the April 2022 deadline.
