Cynergy Business Finance is the asset-based lending (ABL) arm of Cynergy Bank. We fund against business assets such as receivables, plant & machinery, inventory and property, providing a flexible, fast and efficient way to pursue new business opportunities.
Offering secured facilities between £200,000 and £20,000,000, we help SME businesses that want to scale up and grow. We also offer cash flow loans and export-based receivables financing.
Our human digital approach, which blends traditional relationship management with digital technology, enables our team to focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Meet the Cynergy Team
Dan Burton, Executive Director – With 15 years’ experience in corporate finance, Dan has extensive experience in leading teams in structuring a variety of complex and demanding client lending situations across a broad mix of business sectors. Often, Dan’s work has involved close collaboration with turnaround professionals and corporate advisors.
Dave Golding, Managing Director – Dave has over two decades of corporate bank and non-bank ABL experience across senior and Board level roles. He has demonstrated an ability to develop vibrant, talented and diverse teams, who can effectively deliver the best, most competitive, positive results for customers and intermediaries.
Ted Winterton, Managing Director – Ted has more than 25 years’ experience of ABL in senior and Board positions. Focus on creating long term value for clients, colleagues and intermediaries, Ted is a commercially astute leader, able to create imaginative solutions. He fosters a culture of excellence, resulting in outstanding client relationships and sustainable growth.
Paul Fraser, Executive Director – Over 20 years, Paul has developed a wealth of experience in commercial and corporate lending, working closely with accountants, advisors, intermediaries and private equity. Paul has considerable depth of expertise with businesses trading internationally, the construction sector and M&A transactions.
