We had a tricky issue with an employee on long term sick, that we needed to leave the business. Having a single point of contact (Cathy) was brilliant as she took us through a process to achieve our objectives legally and professionally. The employee has now left our organisation, with no repercussions so far. We're now following up with getting our HR processes up to speed, in case something similar recurs.
