We are an online introduction service and through our website we will introduce you to our approved
partners, who can get in contact with you to discuss the services that your business may require. Our
service to you under these terms is free of charge and confidential. Instead, when you use our website
to buy a service from one of our approved partners or associated third parties, that party pays a
commission to us.
Where we refer to ourselves in these terms, this is also taken to include (where the context allows) our
group companies, affiliates, and our (and/or their) employees, associated and contracted persons, and
persons supplying services to us or them.

Limitation of Liability
- We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This
includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our
employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. - We are an intermediary and as such we do not act for you (as agent or otherwise) and we do not
owe you any fiduciary duty. Our role is to introduce you to one of our approved partners, who you
have selected from our website that provide the service you require. We cannot advise you on
choosing one of our many approved partners and the choice to use a particular company or firm
recommended by us remains yours alone. - Should you acquire the services from one of our approved partners, any decision to follow (or not
follow) that advice is also outside the scope these terms and the consequences for you or your
business of any such provision of services, are not our responsibility for any purposes whatsoever. - We exclude all implied conditions, warranties, representations or other terms that may apply to our
site or any content on it. - We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence),
